The lake has an abundance of Mirror, Common and Grass Carp up to 61lb as well as Catfish, Tench and Pike

Caught early one May morning
The fish are high bred powerful fish so you will be guaranteed a good fight, however, these fish are not always easy to catch so we would class this as a medium to difficult water for the novice angler.

9.30pm caught this 32lb 11oz beauty
Amazing fight, amazing fish - for those of you who thought Grass Carp are easy to reel in - think again!!! This one gave a tremendous fight and what a cracker.
The lake is full of surprises - this on was caught in the midday sun!
52lb Mirror
After sitting on the bank for 2 days in a freak heatwave, temperatures reaching 41, along came the rain followed half an hour later with this beautiful mirror - weighing in at 52lb on the nose.
